Norman House on Steep Hill, Lincoln in England is a historic building and an example of Norman domestic arthitecture. [1]
The building is at 46-47 Steep Hill and 7 Christs Hospital Terrace. The architectural evidence suggests a date 1170-80.[1][2]
The building was known for many years as "Aaron the Jew's House", and appears as such in many references, as it is believed to have been the residence of Aaron of Lincoln (d.1186), then the greatest Jewish financier of England.
The building has been a shop for many years, and currently home to a tea importers.
